Enersee detects, and flags, an anomaly when it identifies a meaningful shift in how a meter is behaving, compared to its own history. The impact is calculated as a before-vs-after comparison, meaning the figure reflects the real operational change, regardless of where the meter sat relative to its baseline beforehand. This allows you to quickly identify issues and act on them, saving you time and money.

Projects
A project in Enersee lets you measure the real energy impact of a specific intervention, whether for a single project or across an entire portfolio-wide initiative. This lets you prove that an intervention delivered real, weather-corrected savings, and tracks ROI and payback period.

For portfolio-level initiatives, get a live view of which buildings are hitting their savings targets, which are underperforming, and what the cumulative financial impact is across the portfolio, without any manual number crunching.
